​​The decision follows a proposal to hold yet another ‘chintan shivir’ (brainstorming session) during a recent meeting at 10 Janpath where interim chief Sonia Gandhi and some senior leaders held their first face-to-face meeting with representatives of the party’s change-seekers.

New Delhi: The Congress leadership, it is learnt, is dusting off some in-house reports that had proposed measures to reform the party’s organisational, functional and election management systems.
