Two-day conference for social workers concludes

The two days conference for social workers under Alhaj Sheikh Noorul Hassan @ Sanayai who is intending to contest in the 2022 Assembly Election from Kshetrigao Assembly Constituency (AC), came to an end today.
The conference was organised by Sheikh Noorul Hassam Election Committee at PIS Campus at Kshetri Awang Leikai.
Addressing the gathering during the closing ceremony, Sanayai delved into his ambitious projects for the welfare of the people of his Assembly segment.
He said that the Assembly segment has produced many MLA's however it has not seen much development and the infrastructure of medical facilities, connectivity and educational institutes continue to remain in deplorable conditions.
Besides lagging behind from others the said aspects, the economic condition of the residents of the AC continue to remain in poor state, he said.
Saying that he will encourage towards bringing green revolution in the AC in case he is elected as a Member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly, he expressed his desire to ensure social security to farmers above 60 years of age by introducing pension schemes.
He further said that he would also do his best to develop health facilities to its best conditions add ensure establishment of primary health centres in all the 7 Gram Panchayats under the Assembly segment.
He also maintained that he would help the girls students who had cleared matriculation to pursue higher studies by extending financial aid apart from Helping students belonging to marginalised sections get real benefit of Right to Education.
He would do his best to lobby for establishment of a Government Higher Secondary School in the Kshetrigao AC by 2023 and help it make the powerhouse of knowledge by installing libraries in every Gram Panchayats, he said.
He also promised all to Organise skill development and vocational training programmes to ensure livelihood to all unemployed youths apart from expressing his desire to bring a positive change in the field of games and sports during the conference.
