High-rise crane removes scaffolding from BGE building

Crews began clearing damage left behind by Wednesday's explosion at the Baltimore Gas and Electric building downtown. A high-rise crane was brought in Saturday morning to remove the scaffolding from which two workers were rescued after the explosion. The scaffolding was being placed on the ground for crews to disassemble.
