My company has office at codirector residence in another city . He has done fraud and therefore not cooperating in ROC mandatory filing and says let company get struck off which suits him. 31st dec 2020 last date ,how do i fulfill mandatory compliances before 31 st dec 2020 to avoid mandatory compliances and also avoid penalties
