MPP celebrates 35th foundation day

Imphal, December 26 2020: The Manipur People's Party (MPP) celebrated its 35th foundation day at the party's office here.

MPP president L Krishnadas, former president L Borajao, working president M Amutombi, Md Matlib, vice-president Dr S Ibomcha and Y Bhim attended the foundation day celebration as presidium members.

Speaking at the gathering which was attended by MPP leaders and supporters who came from different Assembly constituencies, MPP general secretary (administration) H Gitajen said that the party will invest all efforts to storm to power by fielding candidates in all the 60 Assembly segments in the next State Assembly election which is due in 2022 .

Pointing out that regional parties have been ruling different States of India, Gitajen appealed to all the people of the State to support MPP so that it can form the next Government.

Other speakers who addressed the gathering recalled the remarkable works done by MPP when the party was in power.
