Frantic search for woman who breached Perth hotel quarantine

West Australian police have launched a manhunt for a woman who escaped hotel quarantine after arriving from overseas.

Jenny Maree D’Ubios was last seen walking on Adelaide Terrace on Saturday morning about 10.20am.

The 49-year-old has not yet completed her 14-day hotel quarantine a or her mandatory COVID-19 test requirements.

Police say she is a risk to the West Australian public and are asking the community to assist in locating her.

Members of the public are not advised to approach Ms D’Ubios but to contact police.

She is described as 155 centimetres tall, fair skinned, of medium build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black dress and carrying a case and a number of bags.

Any person found to be assisting Ms D'Ubios in relation to her quarantine breach will be subject to investigation and potentially faces significant penalties under the Emergency Management Act, police warn.
