Earlier Australia and India united to pay tribute to the late Dean Jones before the opening ball of the 2020 Boxing Day Test.
Jones tragically passed away aged 59 in September, with the former star recognised at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Australia’s captain Tim Paine led the charge with a number of players entering the ground with zinc on their lips and cheek, a symbolic pointer to ‘Deano’.
Plenty of fans in the crowd did the same with a huge banner of Jones unveiled near the player’s race.
