From past two days, we saw Rahul Vaidya along with Aly Goni making a strategy in the hot-air balloon task to win it and become the new captain of the house. While housemates like Nikki Tamboli, Jasmin Bhasin, Rakhi Sawant, Sonali Phogat and Arshi Khan supported Rahul to win the task, we saw Arshi Khan flipping at the end moment and making Vikas Gupta the new captain of the house. While a certain section of the audience called her a gamechanger, some fans called her cheater and selfish, who betrayed Rahul Gupta and Aly Goni and broke their trust. While later, we saw Arshi Khan clarifying her decision by saying that she did this to clean her image as because of her Vikas Gupta was eliminated from the house earlier. On the other hand, we also see her apologising to Rahul Vaidya and Aly Goni but Rahul says from now onwards she will not be in his priority list while Aly Goni says he will not forgive her. While talking to BollywoodLife, Rakhi Sawant had slammed Arshi Khan for poking Vikas Gupta and said, "She is trying to be Shilpa Shinde. She feels she can gain popularity by doing this. Sometimes she also becomes Rakhi Sawant. But I am original and she is sasti Rakhi Sawant. Vo andar mera patta saaf karne ki koshish karri hai. However, she doesn't know Rakhi Sawant. Let me go in once and I will show her."
