Imphal, December 24 2020: A team of the All Manipur Newspapers and Electronic Media Employees Association (AMNEMEA) led by its publicity secretary Achom Bimol extended monetary aid to Wahengbam Somananda Luwang, a circulation staff of Morning Bell who is undergoing treatment at RIMS.

AMNEMEA stated that they have been extending monetary help to its members whenever one is sick and is under treatment and requested its members to contact the association for the same in future as well.

Further it declared that pension will be provided to three elderly members of the association namely advisor Laishram Chitrakumar, president Th Ngouthoi and its vice president W Ranjit when they retire from their respective roles.

It may be mentioned that the association founded on May 20, 2018 now consists of 87 members and has provided monetary help to its 24 members.
