Foreign Trip declaration in ITR-2

I have taken foreign trip in financial year 2019-20 but the payments towards trip expense like flight, visa, hotel booking etc were done by me in previous financial year 2018-19. Do I need to declare this foreign trip and expenses while filling out related ITR-2 section for 2019-20 financial year ?
