Fact check: No, Joe Biden's brother-in-law does not own Dominion Voting Systems
The claim: Joe Biden's brother-in-law owns Dominion Voting Systems

Users have claimed that Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., had ties to the company, whose voting machines operate in 28 states.

Now, users on Facebook have tried to link the company to President-elect Joe Biden himself.
Numerous viral posts bear the message: "Bidens sister is married to Stephen Owens, who owns Dominion voting systems."
Chi Nguyen-Zeh — whose post has been shared over 1,200 times — has not responded to requests from USA TODAY for comment.
