Register as Tax Payer on TRACES for Form 26AS

Sir,
We are running charitable trust. Form 26AS is not downloadable from bank site and message is pop as " Due to large size of Form 26AS, this request can only be processed on-demand. Please login to TRACES and submit download request for Form 26AS which would be made available to you in text format. If you have not yet registered on TRACES, please register by clicking on 'Register as New User' on TRACES home page and selecting type of user as 'Tax Payer' " .
We could not able to register in TRACES as TAX PAYER as name on PAN CARD is of TRUST and Without the Absence of First Name or Second Name they are not allowing. In this situation what to do.
