This website offering jobs is fake, warns government
The official Twitter handle of PIB Fact Check, which aims to counter/bust misinformation about government policies and schemes, has busted another fake website offering government jobs. The post has red-flagged a fake website that claims itself to be the official website of the National Recruitment Agency. There are no job notices or advertisements against any vacancy issued by the agency, it clarifies.

“A website is claiming to be the official website of the National Recruitment Agency and is inviting applications for various posts.#PIBFactCheck: This website is #Fake. The NRA has not issued any advertisement/notice for recruitment against vacancies in the Government, as yet” reads the latest Twitter post of PIB Fact Check.

The post also has a screenshot of the fake website that shows “nra-gov.online” as the URL. Readers must note that the URL is fake and is not the official government jobs website.

Netizens responded to the tweet and stated that the website is charging Rs 400 per person. “They are charging 400rs [sic] for every person don't just post here take down that website or they will loot some students”, wrote one of the Twitter users.

For those unaware, the National Recruitment Agency was launched in August 2020 as a central agency to streamline the recruitment process of the government jobs. The agency will conduct exams for various Group B and Group C posts.
