Tata Communications buys 58% stake in Oasis Smart SIM Europe

Tata Communications has acquired a 58.1 percent stake in eSIM technology provider Oasis Smart SIM Europe. Oasis develops and provides advanced technologies and personalised services to enable the deployment of eSIM and SIM technologies. No financial detals related to the transaction have been disclosed.
