Aishwarya Rai Bachchan often shares photos of her parents late Krishraj Rai and Vrinda Rai on her Instagram page. On December 22, it was her parents' wedding anniversary and the actor wished with the sweetest message. Aishwarya shared a selfie posing with Vrinda and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan standing against the backdrop of her father's photo frame. The three generations were all smiles while posing for the selfie. Aishwarya captioned her photo stating, "MINE! Happy Anniversary Mommyyy-Doddaaa n Daddyyy-Ajjaaa. LOVE YOUUUUU."
In the photo, Aishwarya is seen wearing a full-sleeved grey shirt and a beaded chain. She completed her look with winged eyeliner and light red lips. Whereas Vrinda wore a cream coloured salwar suit. Aaradhya looked cute in a white tee and a red leather jacket with a matching headband.

Meanwhile, on her father's birth anniversary, Aishwarya with her mother Vrinda Rai and Aaradhya spend time at an NGO which create awareness about cleft lips. She has often spoken about it on her Instagram page.
Talking about the campaign with the NGO, Aishwarya said in a statement, "I am so touched with Smile Train India’s gesture to celebrate my father’s birthday as the Day of Smiles. I hope all of you come together and contribute to their efforts in every way, especially their Right To Smile pledge campaign. Together we can help every child smile."
On the work front, Aishwarya is reuniting with her debut film director Mani Ratnam for the period film Ponniyin Selvan.
