Kapil Sharma shared a picture on Instagram which is relatable to every foodie and especially Punjabis across the country. It so happened that Kapil Sharma is currently on a diet. He is trying to get fit and is maintaining himself with various combinations of proteins rich food. Kapil Sharma was presented with a protein salad for his lunch and he looked so dejected upon seeing the food. He said he misses eating paranthas. "Can’t smile with protein #salad, give me paranthas with butter n then see my happiness #shoot #shooting #somethingnew," the Firangi actor captioned the post. Jamai Raja actor Ravi Dubey posted clapping emojis in the comments section lauding Kapil's humour while Tiger Shroff dropped a laughing emoticon. Balraj Syal, on the other hand, offered him home-made gobi paranthas upon feeling his plight. Sumona Chakravarti who works with Kapil Sharma in The Kapil Sharma show was impressed with the salad and asked him to get her one too. Kapil can leave anyone laughing just with his normal conversations. BollywoodLife.com had got in touch with Kapil for a little chat and he had revealed that the actor keeps cheating on meals every often. “He breaks the rule every now and then.” The fitness trainer, who has worked with several celebs from the film and television world, went on to add, “He gives me a shock later saying, ‘Aree yaar Yogesh khaa liya yaar, sorry yaar khaa liya. (Yogesh, I cheated on diet. Sorry man, I just ate it).”
“He has a very kiddish manner and wo jo uska ek known expression hai ki yaar ho gaya yaar, ho gaya. So, he breaks the diet multiple times (He uses his known expression to tell that he just cheated on his diet),” Yogesh said before adding, “But he covers it up. So, if I ask him to do 15 counts, he’ll do 25 just to cover it up. So, that way he is very positive and aggressive towards fitness. If he’ll commit a mistake, he’ll make sure to cover it up anyhow.”
