Cold wave conditions likely to prevail in Telangana in next 48 hours : Met

Hyderabad, Dec 22 (UNI) Cold wave conditions is likely to prevail at isolated places in Northern and Western districts of Telangana during the next 48 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Tuesday.
In a bulletin here, it said that minimum temperatures are likely to be below normal by 3 to 4 degrees Celsius at isolated places in Telangana during the same period.
Dry weather is likely to prevail in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days.
Cold wave conditions prevailed at isolated places in Adilabad, Hyderabad and Medak districts of Telangana during the last 24 hours.
The lowest minimum temperature of 5.7 degree Celsius was recorded in Adilabad and 10.4 degree Celsius in Hyderabad of Telangana.
Nandigama in Coastal Andhra Pradesh recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 12.2 degree Celsius on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday, the bulletin added.
