After launching a slew of new features, WhatsApp is now testing multiple features on iOS. As per reports, the feature to join missed calls, paste multiple items along with bug fixes have been spotted in the WhatsApp beta update. WhatsApp so far has launched WhatsApp Payments, Always Mute, Disappearing Messages and other features

The Wabetainfo has reported that WhatsApp is working on a new feature that would let users join a call or missed call at any given point of time. "We have talked about the possibility to join missed calls in a previous article about WhatsApp for Android. Today WhatsApp is working on the feature for iOS too," the report said.

Another feature that could soon come to WhatsApp is the Paste Multiple items. The feature as the name suggests would let users paste multiple images and videos into WhatsApp. The feature has been spotted in the new WhatsApp beta for iOS 2.21.10.23. "WhatsApp beta for iOS 2.21.10.23 is the first beta dedicated to the new year. This update brings the possibility to paste multiple images and videos into WhatsApp.To discover how to use the feature, select multiple images from the Photos app, tap "Export" and now "Copy": if you open WhatsApp, and you paste the content in the chat bar, all images will be captured from WhatsApp, ready to be sent," the report.

Apart from the features, a few bug fixes and improvements were also seen in the iOS 2.21.10.23. update. Some of the fixes include the bug that prevented to search for status updates, Improvements for voice, video and group calls, Improvements while creating new contacts and their management, Improvements sharing URLs, Improvements backing up your chat history, General improvements for stickers and Memoji and Improvements for the connection. The features are currently being tested and will only be rolled out after multiple testing and bug fixes.

Apart from this, WhatsApp users will soon be able to make voice and video calls from the web version of the app. As per reports, WhatsApp Web is likely to get the video and voice calling feature soon. The feature has time and again appeared on the beta version of the WhatsApp web. The voice call and video feature have been rolled out to most beta testers and in the coming weeks, it will be rolled out to more users.

"WhatsApp is rolling out beta calls for specific users but unfortunately, being a beta feature, it's available for very few people. We hope you're lucky but, if it doesn't, don't worry: every day more users receive that activation and, at present, WhatsApp Desktop has a higher priority," the Wabetainfo read.
In the screenshot shared by Wabetainfo, a new icon for voice and video call has appeared on the beta update of WhatsApp web. It shows that the new window will open up every time you receive a call or try to make a call through the WhatsApp web.
