EPF withdrawal is Taxable under employee income or not

Our One client withdraw of Employee Provident fund of Rs. 8 lac and EPF department has deducted tds on EPF withdrwal and given to EPF amount to our client. Query is that EPF amount is taxable for Our client income tax return or not?
