O! cuts interconnect rates

Kyrgyzstan operator Nur Telecom, working under the O! brand, plans to reduce the interconnect rate of calls to other Kyrgyzstan mobile networks. The net price will amount to KGS 2.8 per minute and get applied from 08 January.
