It is almost Christmas, and a great variety of content is coming your way with the onset of the year-end holiday season. The highly-acclaimed series, Criminal Justice, returns with a brand-new season with even higher stakes than last time. Bollywood too is all set to enter the party with two fresh releases—AK vs AK and Coolie No.1. Plus, if you're in the mood to tear up and watch something wholesome, Pixar's latest animation, Soul, has got you covered. Ariana Grande: Excuse Me I Love You (December 21)

Excuse Me I Love You, takes the audience on an exclusive behind the scenes journey of Ariana Grande's 2019 sold-out ‘Sweetener World Tour’. The documentary showcases footage of the singer at home and on the road with her band, as she sets fire to stages across North America. From rehearsals and styling to sharing intimate moments with her fans, the film touches on everything that makes the world love Ariana Grande.

Midnight Sky (December 23)

Geroge Clooney and Felicity Jones star in this post-apocalyptic thriller, based on Lily Brooks-Dalton’s successful novel, Good Morning, Midnight. It follows a solitary scientist, Augustine, who struggles to prevent a group of astronauts from returning to Earth due to an unexplained global catastrophe. Residing in the Arctic, he has to rush to an antenna, in the biting cold, to relay the message and ensure humanity's survival.

AK vs AK (December 24)

Anil Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap lock horns as they play fictionalised versions of themselves in this twisted tale. In an attempt to create a never-seen-before blockbuster, Anurag kidnaps Sonam Kapoor and gives Anil a day to figure out his daughter's whereabouts. He films the search in real-time as Anil goes through physical and emotional trauma on his hunt, which soon blurs the lines between cinema and reality.

Criminal Justice: Behind Closed Doors (December 24)

Advocate Madhav Mishra (Pankaj Tripathi) takes up a new case on his wedding night and escapes to do what he does best—be a lawyer. However, this time, he has to defend a client who does not want to be defended. Anuradha Chandra (Kirti Kulhari), is charged with stabbing her husband in his sleep and confesses to the murder. Madhav is unwilling to accept the obvious and takes it upon himself to figure out the facts.

We Can Be Heroes (December 25)

An alien invasion proves disastrous for Earth as all its superheroes are kidnapped, but their children are rescued and taken to a safe house on the Government's orders. Unable to bear this confinement, the kids, equipped with a variety of superpowers, decide to break out of the facility to save their parents and the world. The film is a sequel to 2005's The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl.

Bridgerton (December 25)

When Daphne Bridgerton of the wealthy Bridgerton family comes of age, she is expected to find a suitable groom. Living in the high-class society of Victorian England, Daphne strives for a match brimming with true love, but her brother soon plucks out potential suitors due to them not being good enough. Her luck turns when she runs into the dashing Duke of Hastings, starting a game of passion and wits.

Coolie No. 1 (December 25)

David Dhawan returns with a remake of his 1995 comedy. Featuring Varun Dhawan in the lead, the film revolves around a multi-millionaire who is tricked into marrying his only daughter to a coolie, Raju, posing as a wealthy businessman. When his true identity is almost revealed, Raju fabricates a tale about having a rich twin. As he conjures one lie after another, his dual life starts taking a toll on him.

Soul (December 25)

This Pixar animation follows a school band teacher, Joe, who is not happy with his life but lacks the motivation to do something about it. An accident forces him to enter the afterlife, but he ends up in the realm of new souls instead. Making friends with an infant spirit, Joe tries to get back into his body and learns the meaning of living a happy and prosperous life.

Shootout at Alair (December 25)

On every anniversary of the Mecca Masjid blasts, a man named Akhtar kills a policeman. However, these antics soon come to an end when a police encounter ends his days. Following a subtle period of peace for a few years, another officer is murdered on the same day, forcing IG Praveen Chand to believe that Akhtar might still be alive.
