The UP tourism department has designed special packages for tourists by offering a unique tryst with nature by bringing in ‘home stays’ in forests.
The UP forest corporation and tourism department are even collaborating with travel and tour bigwigs like Make My Trip and Goibibo for providing these travel options.
Via these lucrative packages, the UP state government is aiming to boost these places which have the prospective of becoming attractive tourist destinations; however, due to lack of proper infrastructure and negligence of previous governments, these places remained off the tourist map. This new initiative will be providing tourists with car facilities to live, eat and travel around. There will also be guides to explain the importance and history of these tourism spots.
