1,000 artworks on display for patrons at Virtual India Art Festival

Mumbai, Dec 21 (UNI) Altogether 1,000 artworks by 200 artists are being showcased online
for patrons at Virtual India Art Festival, which is touted as the Asia’s largest, unified and seamless art festival.
This new way of art viewing and buying conceived during ongoing Covid pandemic promises to engage with the visual art audiences globally.
Patrons will get to see and buy all the artworks virtually at 45 stalls and 20 art galleries on the Festival's website 'www.indiaartfest.in'.
The Festival is currently on from Dec 18 to 27.
Rajendra, founder of India Art Festival and president of The Bombay Art Society, said the virtual IAF, a specially designed online art fair, is an effort to engage ‘visual art audiences’ with the artists who are trying to recover from past anxieties and future worries.
