The Tuticorin firing case has come with a big development. Special Panel (SPL) to summon superstar Rajinikanth. Justice Aruna Jagadeesan panel will summon the superstar Rajinikanth asking him to appear before the commission regarding his comments on the Tuticorin shootout incident.
