Good evening sir ..
Sir I am having a doubt in company law...
Sir in sec139 (2) auditor cannot be reappointed.but sir sir according to sec 139 (9) it says auditor can be reappointed.
Sir ; sec 139 (9) contradictory to sec 139(2) . ??
