Tripura Dy CM's composed song released

Agartala, Dec 19 (UNI) Amid political turmoil in ruling BJP over the change of guard in the government, Deputy Chief Minister of Tripura and royal family member Jishnu Dev Varma released his first music composition – Omo Ani Surimung (This is my dream) in a brief function here last evening in both Kokborok (tribal dialect) and English.
Addressing the gathering 63 years old Jishnu said, “I have come across several odds so far in life but never face such a long lockdown due to Covid pandemic when hardly people could meet each other. I was also feeling confined home for moths together in an unusual situation and wrote many pieces. One of the lyrics I composed has become a song after I put music.”
Young talents of Tripura have performed with the direction of Jishnu Dev Varma in the album.
Overwhelmed with the response to his composition, Dev Varma felicitated 86 –yrs old renowned folk artist Soudagar Debbarma and musical genius Jharna Debbarma along with the young artists of his team in the stage and added, “It could have not come out if my daughter-in-law Kimi was not after me.”

Agartala, Dec 19 (UNI) Tripura has recorded the coolest night yesterday with the mercury dropping down at 6.9 degree Celsius against the normal temperature of 11.5 degrees. However, the highest temperature has also dropped at 24.6, which is about 0.8 degrees below the normal.
