Missed advance tax deadline 15th Dec 2020

Hi,
I missed the advance tax payment deadline on 15th Dec 2020 for amt Rs.55,000. I have paid the previous installments on time.
I am in doubt if I should pay the amt at the earliest or together with the next deadline on 15 Mar 2021?
If amt is paid now, will I pay interest penalty for only one month or 3 months penalty is applicable?
