Oi reduces cash burn in October

Oi ended another month with negative cash flow, amounting to BRL 30 million in October. Nevertheless, this was a significant improvement over the BRL 101 million cash burn in September, according to the monthly statement published by the company's trustee Arnoldo Wald.
