Chromatic India decides to temporarily shut down its factory in Ratnagiri

The business affairs of the company have affected due to major repair work, renovation and expansion of the units. Vinod Kumar Kaushik, Wholetime Director of the company has tested positive for coronavirus.

Chromatic India Limited has decided to temporarily shut down the factory of the company located at Lote, Parshuram in Ratnagiri and business affairs of the company.

“Owing to major repair work, renovation and expansion of the units as the management has decided to put some additional further integration plant on the factory site, the factory of the company located at Lote, Parshuram, Dist. Ratnagiri has been temporarily shut down until further intimation.

Intimation has also been sent to the electricity and water department at the factory and to the factory labourers and also to all entities and persons associated with the company.

The company further informed that Vinod Kumar Kaushik, Wholetime Director of the company has tested positive for coronavirus.

“We request that whoever has come in contact with Mr. Vinod Kumar Kaushik get tested for Covid-19 immediately,” it said.

Chromatic India Ltd ended at Rs0.85 per piece up by Rs0.04 or 4.94% on the BSE.
