Argentina passes passive infra sharing rules

Argentina's ministry of public innovation has approved new passive infrastructure sharing regulations with a view to lowering deployment costs, avoiding duplication of assets and boosting competition. Under resolution 105/2020 published in the country's Official Gazette, licensees will be able allowed to make available passive infrastructure such as ducts, trenches, conduits, cameras, masts and supporting structures, among other properties, to facilitate the installation of active infrastructure.
