India had announced its playing XI for the game, finally giving rest to the much-speculated opening combination. The visitors have decided to go with Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal as openers, followed by Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli. India will be playing with three seamers, one spinner and six batsmen. The match will begin at 9:30 am.

Any day-night game features grass on the pitch to protect the pink ball. Although Kookaburra have made considerable advancements so that the amount greenery doesn’t scare batsmen anymore, there will still be plenty of movement early on.
