Support IRP in taking over the management of the company, control and custody of the assets of the Corporate Debtor.
Shall be responsible for overall Project Execution
Claim Management – Verification and admission as per the law along with basis / justification of admission or rejection.
Co-ordination with Financial Creditors / Committee of Creditors for matters related to claims, progress in CIRP etc.
Legal & regulatory compliances as per IBBI, IIIPCAI etc.
Managing the operations on the Corporate Debtor in terms of Cash Flows, Payments, Receivables, Audit Compliances, Tax Compliances etc.
Preparation of Notices, Agenda for Meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC).
Preparation of Presentation for CoC Meeting.
Preparation of Minutes of Meetings and actionable of CoC meeting.
Preparation of Monthly Progress Report of the Assignment
Preparation of Expression of Interest, Eligibility Criteria, Evaluation Matrix for inviting Resolution Plan.
Handle the process of Bid Management for Resolution Plan
Review of the transaction based Audit Report and analyze the find from it
