IGRS Rajasthan is the state’s department of registration of stamps, which is responsible for registration of property and various other transactions in Rajasthan. IGRS Rajasthan is in Ajmer and is headed by the Inspector General – Registration and Stamps. IGRS stands for Intelligence Gathering and Retrieval System.

Citizens can log in to the official website of IGRS Rajasthan and proceed to avail of the facilities meant for the public. We will discuss citizen services in detail in this article.

Property valuation for citizens

Find out the exact value of your property in Rajasthan by logging in to the official website of epanjiyan and on your left-hand side, click on the ‘property valuation’ option. You will be directed to the following page. Note that, if you are using the IGRS website, this option comes under the DLC Rates option.

DLC rate information

DLC rate (or District Level Committee rate) is the minimum value of property at which the registration of sale of a plot, apartment, house or land takes place. You can view these rates on the IGRS website or through the epanjiyan website.

Book an appointment: eStepin-Online time slot booking

You can make an appointment online to register the document. Simply log on here. You will be asked to enter details like district, sub-registrar’s office, preferred date and time, CRN and OTP, besides your contact details and name.

 

View land dispute cases in Rajasthan

You can also check land dispute details on the epanjiyan website. Simply click on the option provided in the left-hand side of the landing page. You will be asked to choose the district. Once you make the selection, an entire list of dispute cases will be displayed on your screen.

eStamp verification in Rajasthan

Step 1: Once you log on to the official website, you can click on the ‘E-citizen’ tab to access services. To use the eStamp verification, click on the option and proceed.

Step 2: Verify the certificate by choosing the state name from the drop-down menu, choose the certificate number, stamp duty type, certificate issue date, session ID, etc., as seen in the picture below.

Grievance redressal on IGRS Rajasthan

You can lodge a complaint or track the status of your complaint through IGRS Rajasthan and Samapark services. To access this, log on to the official website and go to the E-citizen tab. Proceed to ‘Grievance’ to begin the process. Alternatively, you can also click here, which is the direct link.

So far, the department has disposed of 67.14 lakh cases against 68.35 lakh registered cases.

To file a complaint, click on the tab ‘Lodge your grievance’ as shown in the picture above. Note the following:

  • You will be required to give the complete information in point form.
  • Mention your contact details and proof, so that the complaint is verifiable and the authorities can contact you.
  • You can give reference to your past grievances too.
  • The plea should not be judicially filed.
  • Personal, public or complaints against a state employee are acceptable.
  • Keep the complaint number handy for future reference.
  • If the complaint filed by you is incorrect or the facts are wrong, the complainant will be held responsible.
  • Sampark is not the RTI portal and hence, complaints regarding right to information are not entertained.
  • Scan the document at output resolution (ppi) 150.
