Beeline to invest more next year into network development

Russian operator Beeline, controlled by the Veon group, plans to invest more next year into network development, reports Comnews.ru citing Beeline CEO Alexander Torbakhov. The investment will exceed this year's capex, already the highest it has been for the past five years.
