Centre has failed to check price rise and inflation: Rameshwar Oraon

Ranchi, Dec 16 (UNI) JPCC chief and Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon on Wednesday accused the centre of having failed to check price rise of domestic LPG.

Talking to the press here he said that prices of petrol and diesel have come on par with each other while in the last 20 days prices of domestic LPG has increased by Rs 100 by which once again the anti-people face of the centre has come before the people.

He said that during the Corona crisis when the prices of crude petrol had gone below 10 dollars per barrel then also the prices of petrol and diesel were not reduced in the country. Dr Oraon said that while on one hand, the farmers are staging agitation on the other hand the centre was trying to create division between the farmers.

He said that farmers are the one who is bearing the most in these difficult times. He said that due to Coronavirus the price of essential commodities has increased while the source of income as deceased and in such a scenario rising prices are not acceptable.

He called upon the party workers to hit the streets against the anti-people policies of the centre. He also accused the state unit of BJP of misleading the farmers. He said that entire country is watching as to how for the benefits of corporate houses the three black laws have been framed therefore BJP and their leaders should not shed crocodile tears on the plight of the farmers.
