Oliver Stone Says He Got the Russian Version of the Coronavirus Vaccine

Oliver Stone has taken the coronavirus vaccine.
The 74-yaer-old Platoon filmmaker revealed he received the Russian version of the COVID-19 vaccine while filming in the country during an interview with AP.
“I got a vaccine shot. I don’t know if it’s going to work, I got it a few days ago. I’ve heard good things about the Russian vaccine. I have to get a second shot in 45 days. But I’m hopeful. It’s a very good vaccine, I don’t understand why it’s being ignored in the West,” he explained.
Russia began vaccination last week according to Newsweek with high-risk health and education workers from ages 18 to 60.
The FDA recently approved the coronavirus vaccine by Pfizer in the United States.
A celebrity recently made headlines for saying he won’t be taking the vaccine in the United States.
