hi ,
we have incorporated a LLP . there are two partners , one partner is in foreign. now llp want to open a current bank account. bank saying physical presence of two partners is required. now it is not possible for one partner come from foreign. should I made suplemaentary partnership deed for opening bank account.

No need just talk with higher authority of bank and make a vedio conference with the 2nd party
