LPG prices hiked

Imphal, December 15 2020: The prices of non-subsidised Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders were substantially raised across India by the Central Government effective from today onwards.

With the revision of the prices, the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder, which is used for domestic purposes, has increased by Rs 50 and as such the rate of a cylinder has climbed to Rs 846 .

On the other hand, the rate of a 19 kg cylinder, used for commercial purposes, which cost Rs 1603 yesterday, now costs Rs 1639.50 .

The price of 5 kg commercial LPG cylinder has risen from Rs 476.50 to 480.50 while the price of a 5 kg domestic LPG cylinder which cost Rs 276 till yesterday now costs Rs 312.50 .
