IO fails to submit

Imphal, December 15 2020: The Investigating Officer probing SMART Bank has failed to report the Court of CJM (Chief Judicial Magistrate) Imphal West who had authorised freezing of 36 bank accounts of Salai Holdings Private Limited.

The Court of CJM Imphal West had earlier directed the Investigating Officer to submit report regarding freezing of the accounts and fixed today for hearing.

It had asked the IO on whose authority and why the bank accounts were frozen.
