Commencement of business issues

i registered a pvt limited company on 21 st august 2019. plan was to start business after my short visit to US. so i left india without even opening my current account. i am one of the two directors who reside in india. and currently i am in US, due to covid i am postponing my return. what disciplinary actions should i expect from ROC.
