LLP Partner & Agreement

A LLP was formed in July 2020 with two partners. After incorporation, agreement was not file with MCA and unfortunately one of the partner died. Plz suggest following:

1. Whether i should file only Form 4 for Appointment and cessation of Partner along with Agreement (Form-3)

2. Should i file only form 4 and after approval of form 4, i should file form 3.

Plz suggest how i should proceed.
