Bank of Maharashtra has successfully raised capital of Rs200.70cr through a private placement of Series I BASEL III Complaint Tier II Bonds. Total 2007 bonds were allotted on Monday with face value of Rs10 lakh each. The maturity date of the bonds is December 13, 2030.
"The said bonds will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the BSE Limited," company said in a regulatory filing on Monday.
At around 11.03 am, Bank of Maharashtra was trading at Rs14.26 per piece down by Rs0.07 or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs14.33 per piece on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs14.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs14.52 and Rs14.18 respectively.
