MANILA, Philippines — San-En NeoPhoenix standout Thirdy Ravena has been chosen to be part of the B. League All-Star Game set Jan. 15-16 in Mito, Japan.
The Filipino import will play for B. White All-Stars under Kawasaki mentor Kenji Sato.
Ravena, son of TNT Tropang Giga coach Bong and brother of NLEX Road Warriors star Kiefer in the PBA, has been turning heads in his breakthrough B. League stint for NeoPhoenix with averages of 9.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.43 assists in seven games so far.
His All-Star selection was the latest good news for the former Ateneo stawart after recovering from COVID-19.
The 23-year-old star, who tested positive for the deadly virus late last month, missed three games in his mandatory 14-day quarantine period before being cleared to return to action.
