MUMBAI: Santacruz police registered an FIR against RJ Malishka Mendonsa in an alleged case of rash and negligent driving after her BMW rammed into a parked sedan on December 11.
In the incident that occurred at Shivaji Nagar near Rajesh Khanna Garden in Santacruz (West) no one was injured. The case was registered by Avinash Yadav (45) whose car got damaged. Police are waiting for the medical report to know whether the suspect was drunk.
Police said Maliskha was driving to her friend's place when she lost the vehicle's control. Police has issued a notice to the RJ to appear before them for questioning.
