Page Industries Ltd, the exclusive licensee of Jockey International Inc for manufacturing, distribution and marketing of Jockey branded products in India, said the company’s unit-3 has been recertified by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP).
The company, in a regulatory filing to exchanges, said, “Unit-3 located at Bommasandra, Bengaluru was audited by Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) in October 2020. WRAP has recertified the facility to be socially compliant.”
Vedji Ticku, Executive Director and CEO, Page Industries Ltd (Jockey India), in a statement said, “Page Industries since its inception has been committed to safe and ethical manufacturing practices. As a responsible organisation, we were happy to welcome WRAP for an independent audit of our unit-3 manufacturing facility at Bengaluru.”
