Jon Hamm Goes For Comfort In Sweatpants Just After Giving Update About 'Fletcher' Filming

The 49-year-old actor went for comfort in his sweatpants, a baseball cap and casual shirt as he picked up some essential items for his home.

In a recent interview while promoting his new movie, Wild Mountain Thyme, Jon actually opened up about another movie he’ll be starting on soon – the reboot of Fletcher.

“We’re hoping to start shooting in the springtime, in New York City – you know, fingers crossed,” he confided in Collider when asked about the project.

Jon added, “We’ve got an excellent script, and an excellent director [Greg Mottola] attached, and we’re going to start casting soon.”

“It’s big shoes to fill, obviously. But as I’ve mentioned in previous conversations, it’s a reboot, it’s not a remake, so we’re going back to the novels and really breaking it down but hopefully bringing what people want to see. So, fingers crossed!”

The original movie starred Chevy Chase in the title role as Irwin M. “Fletch” Fletcher, an L.A. reporter who gets caught up in a criminal scheme and must work to clear his name.

Just over the weekend, Jon was spotted wearing an extra face bandana mask over his regular face mask he wears.
