Global stocks trade mixed amid vaccine roll out & US stimulus package

Global stocks today traded mixed amid vaccine roll out reports and hopes of US stimulus package.

Singapore’s Straits Times surged 1.3 percent, China’s Shanghai Composite index gained 0.7 percent and Japan’s NIKKEI-225 added 0.3 percent.

On the other hand, South Korea’s KOSP fell 0.3 percent and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng declined 0.4 percent.

European stocks were up in intraday trade as Germany’s DAX jumped 1.3 percent up, France’s CAC gained 1.2 percent and London’s FTSC-100 added 0.4 percent.
