Chandigarh, December 12
A cleanliness drive was undertaken at Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory (TBRL) Colony in Sector 29 here today under the “Swachhata Pakhwada” launched by the Ministry of Defence.
As many as 200 TBRL staff members participated in the campaign, while adhering to the Covid protocols. They cleaned the open space around the residences, community centre and the area alongside the roads.
The Swachhta pledge was administered to the employees by Prateek Kishore, Director of the TBRL. Prateek said the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was a mission that had brought the entire nation together to fight against dirt, garbage accumulation and open defecation to ensure clean India. — TNS
