Bengaluru FC cruised to a dominating 4-2 win over Kerala Blasters in a six-goal thriller in the Indian Super League (ISL 2020-21) on Sunday.
Kerala Blasters took the lead through Rahul KP but Cleiton Silva's first half equaliser and second half goals from Erik Paartalu, Dimas Delgado and Sunil Chhetri saw Bengaluru claim its second win of the season.
The result sees Bengaluru move to the fourth spot on the ISL points table, while Kerala Blasters remains ninth.
Kerala Blasters drew first blood in the 17th minute when the side broke on the counter following a Bengaluru corner. Gary Hooper made a strong run down the centre before laying it for Rahul on the right, who beat Gurpreet Singh Sandhu with a low strike.
Bengaluru FC bagged the equaliser 12 minutes later when Silva made the most of a defensive error from Lalruatthara.

Chhetri had a chance to give his side the lead three minutes after the restart when he stepped up to take a penalty, but he struck it straight into Albino Gomes' gloves.
The miss did not prove to be costly as Bengaluru went on to strike two goals in as many minutes. Kristian Opseth's strike grazed Paartalu's shin and sneaked into the net to make it 2-1 before a Dimas close-range effort doubled the side's lead.
Jordan Murray pegged one back for Kerala Blasters, albeit from an offside position, at the hour mark. However, Chhetri made amends for the penalty miss by scoring a fine header in the 65th minute to round off a morale-boosting win for Bengaluru FC.
