Imphal, December 11 2020: The Apunba Imagi Machasing (AIMS) has submitted a memorandum to Governor Najma Heptulla highlighting the pathetic road condition connecting Kabui Khullen and Noney via Nagaching and Kabui Khullen to Phayeng via Haochong.

Dr Atom Sunil Singh, Director AIMS, said that the village of Kabui Khullen is famous for 'Yongchak' (stinky beans), orange and Sandang (Mithun) amongst many others.

However, despite being not far from Imphal, it is very difficult to get there due to the pathetic condition of the road which gets worse in the rainy season as there are no culverts, added Dr Atom Sunil.

Drawing the attention of Governor AIMS urged that the matter be taken up with the department concerned and necessary action to repaid the road connectivity to the village be taken up at the earliest.
